The main focus in this role is to help and support the Project manager to roll out the various projects that is untaken by the department.
Work closely with Business users to understand highly agile business requirements and ensure that they are constantly being translated into up-to-date project deliverable parameters.
Interact actively with application vendors on application process workflow and design.
Actively manage the SDLC process (i.e.incuding requirement, testing, project planning and schedule) until project closure.
Resolve issues in a project such as scope creep, changes in user requirements and schedule slippage, etc.
