Description

Analysis and Solution Definition

• Acts as a functional expert for the NewCase Management System and other systems that integrate with it.
• Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
• Reviews and edits functional specifications and system design specifications for project engagements.

Verification and Validation

• Leads testing efforts.
• Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
• Works with the testing team in understanding the requirements as input to the latter’s test planning and execution.

Project Execution

• Assists in enforcement of testing project deadlines and schedules.
• Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
• Communicates and applies test project standards.
• Manages test resources in accordance with project schedule.
• Consistently delivers high-quality services to our internal customers
