Description

• Design, implement and manage applications project from end-to-end
• Ensure client’s satisfaction upon roll out, and make enhancement if necessary
• Ongoing application maintenance and support of current release and future releases.
• Test all application releases in various production deployments.

Experience

• Must have CTI Softphone knowledge
• CTI skills in different flavour such as AVAYA AIC, Nortel CCT, CISCO ICM, Genesys STI
• Knowledge in Telephony infrastructure such as ACD, ICM, Peripheral Gateway
• Strong knowledge on VC++
• System level programing
• Kernel level programing
• Multi threaded programing
• Internet Explorer programing in VC++
• XML parser programing
• MFC GUI programing in graphics area
