What can I expect in an A-IT interview?

At A-IT, we look for the ‘X’ factor that is beyond intellectual abilities. We want to know more about you and your views. The best advice is to be you. Specific examples of how you have contributed to an organization or learned something exciting are of interest to us.

How many rounds of interview do I need to attend?

It depends. Generally, all short-listed candidates attend one to two round of interview. As we are providing services to many MNC Financial Institutes, interview by our customer may be required.

Will there be overseas assignments?

A-IT is taking an aggressive approach towards expansion in the regional market. Where there is a match between your skills and our business needs, you will be considered for overseas assignments.

What is your pay philosophy?

Our reward scheme is performance-based.  We conduct yearly performance appraisals and reward our people based on performance.
